Page 5 Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag GEFAHR Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag Der Kompressor ist ein elektrisches Gerät, das mit Netzspannung betrieben wird. Er ist so konzipiert, dass keine stromführenden Teile zugänglich sind. Bei ungeeigneten Umge- bungsbedingungen bzw. wenn der Kompressor oder die Netzleitung beschädigt ist, kann dieser Schutz jedoch verloren gehen.
Page 6 Bewahren Sie alle Produktbestandteile stets außer Reichweite von Babys und Kleinkindern auf. Beeinträchtigung der Therapie durch elektromagnetische Störungen Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Original-Ersatzteile und Original-Zubehör von PARI. Die Ver- wendung von Fremd-Produkten kann zu einer erhöhten elektromagnetischen Störaussen- dung oder zu einer verminderten Störfestigkeit des PARI Kompressors führen.
Page 7 WIEDERAUFBEREITUNG VORSICHT Infektionsgefahr durch Kreuzkontamination bei Patientenwechsel Wird ein Produkt für verschiedene Patienten verwendet, besteht die Gefahr, dass Keime von einem Patienten zum anderen übertragen werden. • Reinigen, desinfizieren und sterilisieren Sie alle Einzelteile vor jedem Patientenwechsel. • Tauschen Sie den Anschlussschlauch aus oder führen Sie eine maschinelle Reinigung und Desinfektion des Anschlussschlauches durch [siehe: Wiederaufbereitung des An- schlussschlauches, Seite 21].

Page 18 2.5 Wiederaufbereitung des Kompressors GEFAHR Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag Flüssigkeiten können Strom leiten, wodurch die Gefahr eines Stromschlags entsteht. • Schalten Sie vor jeder Reinigung den Kompressor aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. HINWEIS Gefahr eines Gerätedefekts durch eindringende Flüssigkeiten Wenn Flüssigkeiten in das Innere des Kompressors gelangen, kann dies einen Gerätede- fekt verursachen.

Beachten Sie für die Anwendung und Do- sierung des Desinfektionsmittels unbedingt die Gebrauchsinformation des ver- wendeten Mittels. • Bei sichtbarer Verunreinigung reinigen Sie den Kompressor vor der Desinfek- tion.

It has been designed so that no live parts are accessible. However, in unfavourable ambient conditions, or if the compressor or power cord is damaged, this protection may no longer be provided.
