1. Turn the On/Off-Sensitivity switch (2) clockwise, to switch the
unit on.
2. Set the Sensitivity adjustment (2) to the high (counterclockwise)
position.
3. If the detector beeps and flashes (1), slowly reduce the sensitiv-
ity (clockwise) until the beep and flashing stops.
4. Move the detector voltage sensor (1) near the conductor until
the tip flashes and the beeper sounds.
5. Slowly adjust the sensitivity (2), and reduce the distance be-
tween the sensor and conductor, to locate and identify the
conductor.

Battery Replacement

1. Turn power OFF, release the end cap latch from the pocket clip,
and slide out the battery compartment (3).
2. Replace the four LR44 batteries and secure the battery
compartment.
Do not dispose of used batteries or rechargeable batteries
in household waste.
