Dust Bag Replacement - Quick Reference Guide
• In principle, the Dust Bag must be changed immediately when the Dust Bag Change lights up
on the display.
• If the icon for a dust bag change lights up, the suction system will automatically reduce it's power level.
• If you do not heed this indication, the device will switch-off automatically within 30 seconds back
to suction level 3. This prevents the device from being damaged.
1.
Turn off the device at the main switch and disconnect it from the power supply.
2.
Hold the Dust Bag lid from the handle and pull it from the Main Control Unit.
You will feel a slight resistance when you pull it – this is caused by the magnetic fasteners.
3.
Remove the old Dust Bag from the receptacle.
4.
Clean the filter chamber and the Dust Bag lid each time you change the Dust Bag in order to
guarantee proper suction power and to prevent germ formation.
5.
Push the Dust Bag carefully with the opening on the receptacle, until the (cardboard)
reinforcement of the Dust Bag locks into the slot on the Dust Bag lid.
6.
Place the Dust Bag lid back on the Main Control Unit.
One of the key features of the Baehr Tec A2000+ is it's advanced filtration system. One component of this filtration
system is the Turbine Protection Filter which is located at the back of the Dust Bag Housing. This filter minimises
any particles of nail dust entering the internal workings of the drill. This item is supplied as part of the Replacement
Filter Set
(code: BAEH2FILT). The filter required for this section is the largest one supplied in the set (approx. 9cm x 7.5cm).
1.
Remove the old filter from the back of the Housing.
2.
Clean the inside of the Dust Bag Housing.
3.
Insert new filter over the Grill at the back of the Housing.
Refer to Filter Set Replacement for installation of the other 6 filters supplied in the set.

This document will detail how to change the filters in the Filter Cassette located at the rear of the unit. The Filter Cassette helps to reduce the amount of excess nail dust produced from being vented from the drill into the environment. One set consits of 7 pieces. 1 of which is for the the Dust Bag Housing (refer to Dust Bag Replacement) and the other 6 for the rear external Filter Cassette. Turn off the device at the main switch and disconnect it from the power supply.
