RRSS (Rear Reflecting Surround System) Setting

Select the RRSS mode for sound similar to 5.1 channel sound when rear speakers are used in the
front as reflectors.

RRSS (Rear Reflecting Surround System) Speaker Configuration
In this setup, the rear speakers reflect sound first against the side walls
(or ceiling) and then against the rear wall.

Since you don't have to separately install the rear speakers, it not only
enhances space efficiency, but also eliminates the need to arrange additional
speaker wires.
•
You can install the speakers on stands or a wall. Make sure to angle the rear
speakers so that sound is reflected against the side walls.
(The Rear speakers can turned to the right and left.)

Note The SURR. PLUS function is available only when the
RRSS function is selected.

Select the SDSM mode when rear speakers are detached from the tower and installed behind your
listening/viewing position.

With introduction of new concept of digital audio developed in Samsung to DVD
home theater, you can enjoy more lively high-sensitivity sounds.

Separate rear speakers from the front speakers/stands and install on/by the
rear wall.
•
You can install the speakers on stands or a wall.
Make sure to use the brackets to install the rear speakers on the wall.
