PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

Indications for use: Breo Neck Massager is intended to relax neck muscle and relieve minor neck muscle aches and pains.

Correct Way to Use

Prepare Before Use
Please check whether the product and accessories are complete and free of damage. Long press the power button for 2 seconds, the product starts to work.

*Mode Selection
The default mode 1 is the default mode when the device is turned on. Short press the mode button to switch between mode 1 and mode 2.

*Heating
The default heating is high-grade when the device is turned on. Short press the heating button to switch gears. The sequence is high heating - low heating - turn off heating, and cycle in this order.

*Intensity
The default intensity is the low intensity when starting up, short press the intensity button to switch between the low intensity and the high intensity.

*Power Off
Automatic shutdown: After 10 minutes Of cumulative use, the product stops working. Manual shutdown: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds, the product will stop working.

Charging

This product cannot be used while charging.
Insert the plug of the charging cable into the charging port on the product.
When the product is working, it is connected to the power supply for charging, and the product starts a self-protection program and stops working automatically.
When the battery power is lower than 20%, the indicator light will show a steady red light.
After charging is complete, the indicator light will flash white.

It is normal for the device and the power adapter to heat up slightly during charging. 6.After charging, please unplug the power.

This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
Please use a 5V 2A adapter. If you use an adapter with too low power, it will take a longtime to fully charge.

Troubleshooting

If there is a failure during operation, please check the following. If the fault cannot be rectified or the product still cannot operate satisfactorily, please cut off the power supply and have it repaired by professional technicians. DO not disassemble the product by yourself!
