Enable On-Board Memory mode on your gaming mouse with Logitech G HUB

On-board memory functions let you store some settings to the device itself with the help of G HUB. You can then carry the settings (for example, the mouse DPI) to another computer without needing to install G HUB.

To enable On-board memory mode, select the device in G HUB and click on the settings icon in the top right corner. Toggle the button to ON and choose the profile you would like to save to the On-board memory of your mouse.

Customize gaming mouse pointer speed with Logitech G HUB

To customize the pointer speed of your mouse:

1. Launch G HUB and select the product from the main window.
2. You can adjust the slider or select the preset DPI speed.
   

Using your G435 Gaming Headset on Nintendo Switch

Nintendo Switch allows you to pair only one Bluetooth audio device such as your G435 Gaming Headset at a time, but does not support Bluetooth microphones. You can use the Nintendo Switch Online App for select games when you want to talk to other players.

My G435 Gaming Headset does not connect to Nintendo Switch using Bluetooth

The G435 was developed before Nintendo released Bluetooth functionality. Hence, the initial release of G435 headsets could not connect to Nintendo Switch with Bluetooth. This has been solved for future production. If you are having issues connecting the G435 to your Nintendo Switch, you'll need to update the firmware. To update the firmware

1. Make sure your G435 headset is connected to the receiver and power on the device.
2. Check if the battery level is at least 30%. For steps on how to check your battery level, click here.
3. Run the.exe file you have downloaded. You'll see this window:
   
4. Click Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
   
   Once the firmware update is complete, you'll see a window letting you know the update was successful.
   

NOTE: If the firmware update process is interrupted for any reason, the update may fail. In that case, please hard reset the headset by inserting a sim ejector tool in the reset button for two seconds until the green light blinks. The reset button can be found under the left earpad.

Check the battery level of your G435

Single press the Power button, when headset is ON:

• LED will show green for five seconds, which means the battery is between 31% to 100%
  
• LED will show red for five seconds, which means the battery is between 15% to 30%
  
• LED will flash red for five seconds, which means the battery level is less than 15%
  

Cleaning your Logitech G435 headset

In the event your G435 needs cleaning we have some recommendations:

Before you clean

• Do not wash your ear pads in a washing machine
• Do not dry your ear pads in a tumble dryer
• Don't put cleaning liquids directly on your earpads and headband
• Don't use bleach, acetone/nail polish remover, strong solvents, or abrasives as it might affect the polyester fabric surface condition and cause discoloration
• When using cleaning sprays, spray on the cloth and wipe — do not spray the product directly

Wiping and cleaning your G435

• To wipe or clean the headset, use regular tap water to lightly moisten a clean, soft, lintfree cloth and gently wipe down the headband and ear pads
• For heavier stains, you might additionally use a small amount of soap on a lightly moistened, clean, soft cloth and gently rub stained areas. Rinse thoroughly the surface by using the same moistened cloth. Repeat until all traces of soap are gone
• You can also use fragrance-free disinfecting wipes, fragrance-free anti-bacterial wet wipes
• Let it dry at room temperature
