It is not insurance or a guarantee that such events will not occur, that adequate warning or protection will be provided, or that there will be no personal injury, death, and/or property damage as a result.

Setup Instructions

Mailbox Sensor:

  1. Open the battery compartment of Sensor and install 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries. Make sure the polarity of the batteries matches the symbols inside the battery compartment.
  2. Open the mailbox, clean and dry the inside of the door.
  3. Remove the protective film on the adhesive tape and place on the back of the Sensor.
  4. Adhere the Sensor to the inside of the mailbox door (B). Be sure to install so that the arrow on the battery cover will face up when the closed. If installed in the wrong orientation, the product will not work properly.
  5. Turn on the sensor.
  6. Close the door of the mailbox.

Receiver:

  1. Plug the AC adapter into a 110V~240V AC outlet.
  2. The setup of Mailbox Alert is completed and it is ready for use.

When the mailbox is opened, the sensor is triggered and will emit a RF signal to the receiver. The Receiver will beep and the LED light will flash, indicating the mailbox door has been opened. After checking the mailbox, press the reset button to turn off the flashing LED indicator.
Note: If the Receiver is activated during off-delivery hours, someone may have opened the mailbox. It is recommend to pick up the mail immediately after you hear the beeping sounds from the Mailbox Alert. This may prevent stolen mail and/or identity theft.
It is recommend to bend the antenna wire of the Sensor unit at 90 degree angle upward in order to get the best reception distance if installing the sensor inside a closed space like a mailbox.

Batteries may leak harmful liquids or ignitable materials or explode causing injury and product damage.

  • Do not mix old and new batteries or other battery types
  • Replace all batteries at the same time
  • Replace fully discharged batteries and properly dispose of immediately
