Infantino 4-in-1 Twist & Fold Activity Gym & Play Mat Manual

KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.
Read all instructions before using your 4-in-1 Twist & Fold Activity Gym & Play Mat^TM. Failure to follow each instruction can result in serious injury or death to your baby.

Possible entanglement or strangulation hazard - Do not use in crib or playpen. Do not add additional strings, cords, or straps. Fall Hazard - Do not use on an elevated surface or near stairs. Use product only on floor. Never allow babies to sleep in this product. Do not use this product as a blanket. Remove mobile from hanging position when baby begins to push up on hands and knees. Keep away from fire and strong heat sources. Keep all components not in use out of the reach of children. Adult assembly and supervision required. Please remove all plastic, thread, and/or wire packaging fasteners before giving any toy to a child.

This product is under strong tension. Release tension by turning the knob on the Twist & Fold module before disassembling.

Set-up and use

Components:

Locate the circular module component and the 4 snap fit arch legs.

Gym Arch Assembly:
Step 1: Align the arrow on the circular module component End A with the arrow on the arch leg connector to End B.

Step 2:
Slide and Snap both ends together until you hear a click. Make sure that top and bottom latches are locked into position. This is a one-time snap and will not be removable again. Repeat this step for all 4 arch legs.

If the arch leg pulls apart, the latch was not locked into position correctly. Repeat Step 2 until arch leg no longer pulls apart. Do not use product until all arch legs are connected properly.

Once assembled, do not attempt to disassemble arch legs.

Activity Gym Assembly:

1. Twist knob on circular module component counterclockwise to release arch legs.
   
2. Place a mat on the floor with the design facing up.
3. Thread and fasten each arch leg buckle through each corner slit on the mat.
   
4. Pick-up arches by the circular module component and set on floor. Spread arch legs apart to allow mat to lay flat.
   
5. To Lock: Push down gently on the circular module component until arches click in place.
   
6. Attach toys to loops on the arches and/or the mat.
7. Attach Monkey Mobile with strap to the plastic ring on the circular module component.
   
8. Twist the wind-up knob on mobile in a clockwise direction to activate music and motion.

Store and fold-up

1. To Unlock: Push down slightly on the circular module to release tension, then twist the knob to release.
   
2. The arches will pop up. Pull up on the mat and fold.
