Registering Names

If you register data such as a name or
title, you can enter additional associ-
ated data by selecting that name or ti-
t l e i n E - m a i l D e s t i n a t i o n o r

Press [System Settings].

Press [Administrator Tools], and then
press [T T T T Next].

Press [Address Book Management].

Press [New Program].

Press [Change] on the right of
Name.
The name entry display appears.

the alphabetical group select-
ed.
• [1] to [10]...Added to the cat-
egory number selected.
