PATENTED OVAL EAR TIPS
Klipsch T5 II earphones include 6 pairs of patented contour ear tips that are designed to accurately sit inside the ear canal. These soft oval silicon tips reduce ear fatigue, provide the ultimate comfort and an excellent seal for noise isolation and superior bass. They fit better, they feel better, and only Klipsch has them.

HIGH CLARITY 5.8MM DYNAMIC DRIVER
Engineered from the ground up to deliver powerful performances from the smallest package, the T5 II True Wireless ANC dynamic driver combines high output, neutral sound and deep bass extension. The second generation T5 driver utilizes an all-new diaphragm with minimal thickness to enhance clarity and improve audio quality across the entire frequency spectrum.

TROUBLESHOOTING

There is sound coming from one side only.

SOLUTION: Insert both earphones into the case and remove them again.

How do I get the best Bluetooth connection?

SOLUTION: Ensure your device isn't being blocked by your body or any objects (move it from your pocket). Next, place the earphones back in the case and take out the earphone that corresponds with the side your device is on first (Right earphone if right pocket, left earphone if left pocket). Try to reduce the distance between your earbuds and your audio device to further improve performance.

What if I have poor wireless connectivity?

SOLUTION: If possible, move away from cell phone towers, dense WiFi networks, other Bluetooth devices and household appliances like microwave ovens.

I want more bass

SOLUTION: Try a larger ear tip, further boost bass using the Klipsch Connect App.

I can't connect to my phone

SOLUTION: Press and hold the right earphone button for three (3) seconds to engage pairing mode.

My audio and video won't sync up

SOLUTION: Some apps do not always use the correct audio codec for lowest latency. If the audio is delayed in an App, try streaming the same video using your device's web browser.

Are my earphones water and dust resistant?

SOLUTION: Your earphones are IPX4 sweat resistant which means they can handle humid environments and sweat but CANNOT be submerged in water. Please note the charging case is not water or dust proof and should be kept away from the elements.

One earphone is unresponsive or stuck

SOLUTION: Hold the power button on that earphone for 20 seconds, place it back into the charging case, then remove it.

6. If you hear ringing or experience pain or discomfort in your ears during or after using any in-ear audio product, that is a sign you are listening too loud. When your ears are exposed to high volumes (In excess of 85dB) for over an hour, you may be permanently damaging your hearing.
7. TURN DOWN your listening device's volume to zero before you insert the Klipsch headphones and turn on the device. Once you have the headphones on, gradually increase the volume to a comfortable, moderate volume.
8. DO NOT install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9. ONLY USE attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
10. REFER all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged In any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally or has been dropped.
11. NEVER operate a motor vehicle while listening to or wearing your headphones.
    Not only dangerous. It is illegal in many places.
12. NEVER operate heavy machinery while listening to or wearing your headphones.
13. We don't recommend you use the headphones while riding a bicycle, running, or walking In heavy traffic areas.

Except in case of emergency, Kllpsch recommends you do not use these headphones or headsets (headphones plus microphone) as aviation communication equipment as they are not engineered tor many environmental conditions common in commercial or noncommercial aircraft (including, but not limited to: altitude, temperature, noise conditions. unpressurized aircraft. etc.) resulting in possible interference lo critical communications. The Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) has issued headphone usage recommendations for maximum dally exposure and sound pressure levels (measured In decibels (dB)). A decibel is a unit of measure of sound, and decibels increase exponentially as sound gets louder. For example, conversational speech is typically around 60dB, and a rock concert in a stadium is often about 110d8.
