Editing a Handwritten Note
Two important options for editing a handwritten note are the Undo/Redo Ink items and the Select
All and Clear items:

Tap Undo Ink to cancel or reverse an action.
Re-execute an undone action by tapping Redo Ink.
Tap Clear to clear selected handwriting
