3. Open the tested circuit and connect the probes in series with the load where the current is measured. 4. Read the value and polarity on the display. 5. If the display shows only «1» in the left digit, overload has occurred. Set the range switch to a higher value. -

3. Read the hFE value on the display at the base current of 10 μA and collector-emitter voltage Vce of 2,8 V. 4. When the work is finished, put the rotary switch to the «OFF» position. Before testing the transistor, remove the probes from the multimeter sockets. -
