5. Function Introduction 5.1 Unlock Press “unlock” until the LED is on, that users can operate the humidifier. The unlock button will automatically resume if no action is taken within 10 sec. LED on The following buttons are locked if the user doesn’t activate the Unlock button.
5.2 Standby If the button is pressed, the LED is on. Then 40℃ on heater plate and 20% power supply to the heater wire are kept for 15 minutes. Push the button again to disable the function. LED on NOTE: 1.
5.3 Heater Wire Mode While the LED is on, the function is activated. If the function is off, it turns to Non-Heater Wire Mode. LED on Airway Temp. Chamber Temp. The user can set the airway and chamber temp. via adjustment of “+”...

5.5 Silence The button is used to turn off audio alarm for 120 sec. When the airway temp. exceeds 42℃, Silence is limited to 30 sec. LED on 5.6 Power Switch It is on/off switch. The LED is on while the humidifier is activated.
5.7 NO FLO When airway temperature fails to reach 28℃ and no increase in 30 Seconds, the LED displays ”no Flo”. 5.8 Hi / Lo Alarm If it is lower than 10℃ , it displays “Lo”. If it is higher than 70℃, it displays “Hi”. Airway temp.:It is the temperature of Airway.
5.9 Temperature set (A) Airway Temp. Set The LED on Airway Temp. Set should be kept the same as the previous one while being switched on. The user can adjust it by “+” and “-” from 31℃ to 40℃. Airway Temp. Set Chamber Temp.
6. Installation 6.1 VH-3000 has incorporated a dovetail bracket on the rear. Please install a mounting bracket on the ventilator. And install VH-3000 on the seat firmly and safely. 6.2 Slide the humidification chamber onto the heater plate. Push the chamber forward to plate. Make sure it is well-seated.

6.5 Connect a breathing circuit to the chamber. 6.6 Connect temperature probe to humidifier, chamber and inspiratory tube. 6.7 Connect the heater wire cable to the circuit. NOTE DO NOT fill the chamber above the maximum fill level line. Liquid could enter the breathing circuit if the chamber is overfilled.
7.1 Be sure of correct installation of chamber and breathing circuit. 7.2 Plug the humidifier power cable into an AC supply of the voltage and maximum power rating specified on the side label of the unit. 7.3 Ensure that the humidification chamber and breathing circuit are installed and connected correctly, refer to Section 6. 7.4 Switch on the ventilator or gas supply.
8. Alarms 8.1 The alarm tolerance of Airway Temp is 2℃ above or 4℃ lower than the temperature control setting, The Airway Temp LED will flash and audible alarm. 8.2 The alarm tolerance of Chamber Temp. is above or lower than 4 ℃...

8.5 The heater wire adaptor disconnect or malfunction, the LED will flash and audible alarm. 9. Disposition Please DO NOT disposes VH-3000 as normal trash. Please dispose it according to the local rule of the disposition of electronic device/accessory waste.
The performance and the safety of the device would be affected if the device is used with the consumables which are not manufactured by VADI Medical Technology Co. Ltd. Use any blanket to cover the breathing circuit is not allowed.
