IF FACTORY RESET OCCURS / NEW MACHINE
4.Options then 2.Print then 21.Currency logo press CASH—then press [$./*£] key to change to what currency logo you require then
press CASH. Then CLEAR to return to main menu then MODE to move through to REG mode for register mode.
We recommend Thermal CRG5750 till rolls. The NR320 runs on mains (or if you have purchased with internal battery) on its internal
battery. It can run for up to 8 hours on a single charge.
If you have purchased the battery included version charge for 24 hours before 1st use. Never let the battery fully go flat—charge
immediately—may take up to 15 hours for complete full recharge.
Press MODE to move through the options.
X - Manager mode, Z - Resets reports, P – Programming Mode, S – Service Mode, Void – Void Mode, Reg – Register Mode
To open the register— Press mode—you will see REG mode. When first using the cash register, it may show REG CLOSED, you will be
prompted to sign in. Press 1 then CLERK to open register. To close the register type 0 then CLERK.
CASH DRAWER KEY MAY BE INSIDE THE DRAWER—USE MANUAL OPENING LEVER UNDERNEATH TO OPEN CASH DRAWER
When typing in words moving through the characters on a numerical key—they are numbers first then capitals. To delete a character
use the % key (BACK is written on the key). Space is 0 (press twice for space). If the characters for a word are on the same key use
space and delete to move back a character space. When finished making changes to a section save it by pressing CASH. When finished
with that section always press CLEAR to return to main menu and then you can change mode.
Time and date are set by the machine but if you wish to reallocate go to P mode and number 6, press CASH then you can change to
what is required. Date will automatically come up to change after date. Press CASH to enter details and CLEAR to go back to main menu
SETTING TAXES
For setting tax 1 as VAT at 20%
Mode then Program mode and use arrows to go to 7.Taxes
press CASH
Press 1 then CASH in desc. Press CASH. Type TAX/VAT 1 press
CASH to save entry use arrow keys to move to next item
In type you can choose to have it set as "add-on" or "VAT" — I
picked VAT
For rate type in 20000 for 20%
So now once I have placed in my PLUs with relevant VAT rates
on my receipt it will show the amount of VAT added at the
bottom of the receipt.
If you want the machine to add VAT to a product then choose
ADD-ON and it will add VAT to the preset PLU price.

SET TIME & DATE
Go to Program mode then choose the PLU that you wish to
change—for example
1.PLU press CASH
Add/Change press CASH
1.One PLU press CASH then enter which number PLU you want to
add press CASH
In One PLU use the arrow keys to move up and down the menu -
here you can give an item a description and a price and allocate
the tax rate for that item. To go into each part you want to change
press CASH.
When you want to change from Y to N (Yes to No) use the up and
down arrow keys and press CASH to enter that change.
