This section describes how to set up your projector and how to connect PCs, video and audio sources.

❶ Setting Up the Screen and the Projector
The further your projector is from the screen or wall, the larger the image. The minimum size the image can be
is 21 inches (0.53 m) measured diagonally when the projector is 29 inches (0.73 m) from the wall or screen. The
largest the image can be is 300 inches (7.62 m) when the projector is about 389 inches (9.9 m) from the wall or
screen. Use the drawing below as a guide.

Your projector is simple to set up and use.
But before you get started, you must fi rst:
z Set up a screen and the projector.
x C o n n e c t yo u r c o m p u t e r o r v i d e o
equip-ment to the projector. See pages
11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18.
c Connect the supplied power cable.
See page 19.
NOTE: Ensure that the power cable and any oth-
er cables are disconnected before moving the
projector. When moving the projector or when
it is not in use, cover the lens with the lens cap.
