4.3 If the Sealer Doesn´t Start
The Sealer has several safety functions. Before sealing, these functions control and iden-
tify whether it is possible to seal the tube. The table below covers the common probable
causes for problems and suggests some recommended actions.
Probable cause
Wet tube
Tiny arcs between the electrodes
Wet or dirty electrodes
Low/no capacity in battery
(1 bar indication blinking)
Over heated
(error indication red blink on display)
No seals

Recommended action
Dry the tube and try again.
Dry the electrodes and try again.
Clean and dry the electrodes.
Check/charge battery.
Let the sealing module cool down.
Check that the battery module is correctly
connected to the sealing module.
