Observation Equipment Setup – Component Video Output
Connect the Component Video Output jacks from the Integrator Box to the device that you will use to view the sig-
nal. (The TYPE switch must be set toward the Y/Pb/Pr jacks.) An RS-232 port is also provided on the Integrator Box
so that the auxiliary viewing device can be turned on and off with the Integrator Box system.

Plasma Panel Setup for use with the LST-4600A Integrator Box
Connect Plasma Power Cord to LST-4600A Integrator Box
Plug the Plasma Panel power cord into a convenient active AC power outlet or, preferably, into the AC power outlet
provided on the LST-4600A Integrator Box. Press the Power button on the lower right bottom of the plasma panel.
The LED should turn green and the Plasma Panel should turn on.
Set Volume, Select Component Input Source on Plasma Panel
Use the volume control buttons to adjust the volume setting to 50%. (Adjust other plasma settings if required, see
note below.) Use the Source button near the Volume control to select the Component input source. The Plasma
Panel main power now must be left on. The Remote Control using RS-232 communication will control the panel
functions from the LST-4600A Integrator Box.

Picture appearance settings are available on both the LST-4600A Integrator Box and the Plasma Panel. It is recom-
mended that the LST-4600A Integrator Box picture appearance settings be used and that the Plasma Panel settings
be adjusted to mid-point levels.
