INTRODUCTION COMBI WINCH 2104 Combi winch 2104 is an electrically-operated, combined capstan and a drum winch intended for overhead line installation and underground cable laying. Regardless of which winch is used, there is a function that ensures that the winch cannot inadvertently go backwards.

WINCH UNIT • The oil level in the winch housing is checked via the oil level plug (1) on the front end. Top up gearbox oil if necessary. Top up via the venting valve (2) on top of the • winch housing.
CHASSIS The chassis is hot-dip galvanized and requires no special inspection. Check the function of the front support wheel regularly and lubricate if necessary. Check tyre pressure, see information in the "Technical data" section on page 9. FRICTION BRAKE The friction brake, which prevents the drum from "running away", can be adjusted. Adjustment is made with the line drum full.
