Optical Inserts for Apple Vision Pro with a predefined optical power.
The following instructions contain information on how to
install and use ZEISS Optical Inserts Readers hereinafter
"ZEISS Optical Inserts" with Apple Vision Pro.
Read the instructions carefully before use.

1. ZEISS Optical Inserts are not suitable for driving or operating
heavy machinery .
Do not use ZEISS Optical Inserts while driving, operating heavy
machinery, or in any other situation that requires attention to
safety. Disregard can cause serious accidents.
• Only use ZEISS Optical Inserts for their intended use.
2. ZEISS Optical Inserts must only be used when properly inserted
into Apple Vision Pro.
Do not use ZEISS Optical Inserts for vision correction outside
of Apple Vision Pro and / or as substitute for your prescription
spectacle lenses, contact lenses, or any other vision correction
eyewear that is intended for normal wear and outside of
Apple Vision Pro, as this could lead to unsafe situations.
Disregard can cause serious accidents.
• Use ZEISS Optical Inserts only while wearing Apple Vision Pro.

protective equipment.

equipment. They are not intended for use as personal protective

impact as they are neither shatterproof nor unbreakable.

accidents.

4. ZEISS Optical Inserts contain magnets that could impair certain

Improper use of ZEISS Optical Inserts could cause harm to
the wearer or lead to unsafe situations.
• Always keep ZEISS Optical Inserts at least 20 mm away from
an implanted electronic medical device (e.g., a pacemaker).
Otherwise, the implanted electronic medical device could
malfunction temporarily.

�� Intended use
ZEISS Optical Inserts are intended to provide vision correction for
a better user experience while wearing Apple Vision Pro. Users who
normally wear spectacle lenses or who otherwise require vision
correction, can use ZEISS Optical Inserts as directed in this document
to improve their visual experience.
ZEISS Optical Inserts are designed for use solely with
Apple Vision Pro. ZEISS Optical Inserts cannot be used while driving
a vehicle, operating heavy machinery, or in any other situation that
requires attention to safety.
ZEISS Optical Inserts are not a substitute for prescription spectacle
lenses, reading spectacle lenses, contact lenses, or any other
vision correction eyewear that is intended for normal wear and use
outside of Apple Vision Pro.
Never use the ZEISS Optical Inserts for vision correction outside of
Apple Vision Pro, as such use could lead to unsafe situations.

1. ZEISS Optical Inserts should be clean before use.
Proper use cannot be guaranteed if ZEISS Optical Inserts are not
clean. This can lead to unsafe situations and product damage.
• Make sure ZEISS Optical Inserts are clean before use.
Follow the maintenance and cleaning instructions in chapter 7
if cleaning is needed.
2. ZEISS Optical Inserts are not suitable to wear if broken or
damaged.
If ZEISS Optical Inserts are broken or otherwise damaged, it could
lead to unsafe situations (e.g., fragments could cause eye injuries
or parts may be inadvertently swallowed).
• Do not wear ZEISS Optical Inserts in case they are broken
or otherwise damaged.
• Keep ZEISS Optical Inserts out of the reach of children.
• Never swallow any parts of ZEISS Optical Inserts.
CAUTION | Potential risk or product damage
1. ZEISS Optical Inserts Readers have predefined refraction power,
not based on an individual prescription.
Wearing ZEISS Optical Inserts with incorrect parameters
(needed prescription and / or position of wear) can cause visual
discomfort — eye strain, blurred vision, etc.
• If you experience any of these symptoms, stop using
ZEISS Optical Inserts immediately. Contact your optician to get
your prescription checked.
2. ZEISS Optical Inserts are not to be modified or adjusted.
ZEISS Optical Inserts may not be modified as this could lead
to product damage.
• Do not modify ZEISS Optical Inserts.
