Personal Safety ⚠ DANGER Before you start using the equipment, you should consult your physician that this type of exercise is suitable for you from a health perspective. Particularly aff ected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.
Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.
ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suff ocation for children. Keep children away from the equipment during assembly. ⚠ WARNING Pay attention to the instructions attached to the equipment in order to reduce the risk of injuries.

Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fi t properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so.

Step 1: Assembly of the Main Frame Parts NOTICE Do not tighten bolts and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Attach the main frame (2) and the support frame (4) to the front ground sticking pipe (1) with a total of four M10*100 bolts (19), eight Ø11*Ø20*2 fl at washers (26) and four M10 lock nuts (28).

Step 2: Assembly of the Back Pad Frame and Handle Frames Attach the back pad frame (8) to the main frame (2) with one M10*30 bolt (22). Attach the left and right handle frames (7 & 9) to the main frame (2) with two M10*100 bolts (19), four Ø11*Ø20*2 fl at washers (26) and two M10 lock nuts (28).

Step 3: Assembly of the Swing Frame and Foam Frame Attach the swing frame (5) to the support frame (4) with one shaft (14), two Ø62*Ø10.5*3 big washers (17), two Ø62.5*5 circle rings (16), two Ø60 caps (15) and two M10*25 screws (24). Attach the foam frame (10) to the swing frame (5) with one M10*25 bolt (23), one Ø10 spring washer (27) and one Ø11*Ø38*2 fl at washer (25).

Step 4: Assembly of the Pads Attach the back pad (11) to the back pad frame (8) with two M10*30 bolts (22) and two Ø11*Ø20*2 fl at washers (26). Attach the seat pad (12) to the main frame (2) with two M10*80 bolts (20) and two Ø11*Ø20*2 fl at washers (26).

Adjustment and Exercise Instructions, Part 1 Load and Unload Weight Plates ⚠ CAUTION Make sure to always use some sort of weight collar when exercising with external weights. Never store unused weight plates on the fl oor. Store unused weight plates on a weight rack. To load the weight horn, carefully grab one weight plate at a time with both hands.

Adjustment and Exercise Instructions, Part 2 Back Pad Adjustment The back pad should be adjusted so that you sit with your back fl at against the pad. To adjust the back pad, pull the adjustable support and adjust to your desired position. Release the pin and make sure the pin is fully engaged in the adjustment hole.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT General Instructions ⚠ WARNING The storage location should be chosen so that improper use by third parties or children can be prevented. If your equipment does not have transportation wheels, the equipment must be disassembled before transportation. ATTENTION Make sure that the equipment is protected from moisture, dust and dirt in the selected storage location.
TROUBLESHOOTING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE General Instructions ⚠ WARNING Do not make any improper changes to the equipment. ⚠ CAUTION Damaged or worn components may aff ect your safety and the life of the equipment. Safety can only be guaranteed if you check the equipment regularly for wear and damage. Replace damaged or worn components immediately.

RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES To make your training experience even more effi cient and pleasant, we recommend that you add suiting accessories to your fi tness equipment. For training equipment like smith machines, weight benches or racks this could for example be a fl oor mat, which makes your fi tness equipment stand more securely and also protects the fl oor from sweat but it could be also additional weights, handles, foot straps for leg exercises or triceps ropes.
The serial number of your equipment is unique. It's located on a white sticker. The exact position of this sticker is shown in the following illustration.
