Set Clock Manually
If Auto Clock Set is not available in your area, follow these steps to set the clock
manually.

Press SETUP/ENTER.

to select Set Clock. Auto Clock Set will automatically turn

off, and Time Zone and Clock Set Channel will be removed from the menu.

Set the date and time as follows:
SET MONTH
Enter the month as a 2-digit number; e.g., for January, press 01.
SET YEAR
Enter the year as a 2-digit number; e.g., for 2002, press 02.
SET DAY
Enter the day as a 2-digit number; e.g., for the ninth, press 09.
SET HOUR
Enter the hour as a 2-digit number; e.g., for 12:00, press 12.
SET MINUTE
Enter the minutes as a 2-digit number; e.g., for 12:00, press 00.
SET AM/PM
Press 1 for AM or 2 for PM.
•
To correct an entry, press CLEAR, and then re-enter the numbers.
•
To skip an entry without changing it, press the RIGHT arrow key.
•
You can also use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to set each option.

Press RETURN to save and exit the menu system.
• If Auto Clock Set is available but has set the time incorrectly,
try adjusting Daylight Savings Time and Time Zone before set-
ting the clock manually.
