Ergonomic seating guide
The Bugaboo Giraffe's seat
and footrest can be adjusted
without any tools, just a
simple click and slide.
An ergonomic seating position
means:
•
Sitting upright against the
backrest
•
Elbows touching the table
•
Knees bent at a 90 Ο angle
•
Feet flat against the
footrest
•
Space (4 cm/1.5 in)
between the legs and seat
for maximum comfort
Only adjust the chair when
nobody is sitting on it!
Tip
If the feet are already touching
the ground while sitting,
you can hide the footrest
by sliding it to the highest
position to create more leg
space.

Cleaning & maintenance tips

Routinely inspect and maintain your Bugaboo product.
Keep the product clean at all times.
• Clean the hardware parts with a soft towel and lukewarm water and wipe off any remaining
water with a dry cloth.

The Bugaboo Giraffe babyset and tray are dishwasher safe up to 65°C/149 F.

Please be careful with colored food; the color of the babyset and tray may be affected by it.
IMPORTANT: Always check the fabric label before washing.

All fabrics are machine washable at 30°C/86 F.
• Make sure all closures are fastened.
• After washing the harness, please wipe the buckle and its clips with a cloth.

Certain types of floors may be sensitive to abrasion. It is the user's responsibility to
decide whether Bugaboo Giraffe is suitable for their flooring.

Manufacturer's warranty

As the manufacturer, Bugaboo International BV, which has its principal place of business in
Amsterdam (hereinafter: Bugaboo), supplies the Bugaboo product under warranty, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The manufacturer's warranty period is 24 months, from the date of purchase as indicated on
the sales receipt. The remaining guarantee for the original product will apply for a replacement
part or product or a repaired product.
2. This manufacturer's warranty applies only in the region (USA and Canada or Europe or Russia or
Australia and New Zealand or Asia) in which the product was purchased. Bugaboo guarantees
that the product will be in compliance only with the statutory provisions and/or government
regulations that apply in the region in which the product was sold. Bugaboo reserves the right
to apply a divergent manufacturer's guarantee for those specific regions.
3. This limited manufacturer's warranty only applies for a product that is purchased for private use.
This limited manufacturer's warranty expressly excludes products obtained for commercial
purpose or use, including, but not limited to products for commercial rental.
4. The manufacturer's warranty provides a right to repair unless Bugaboo is of the opinion that
replacement or return of the product is necessary. Bugaboo will bear the expense and risk of
transport from and to the retailer (hereinafter: the retailer) where you purchased the product,
provided the repair is covered by manufacturer's warranty.
5. Bugaboo reserves the right to stop manufacturing a particular model, colour, fabric or
accessory, and therefore it will replace a part with a similar product, colour or fabric during the
manufacturer's warranty period.
6. To claim under this manufacturer's warranty you must provide Bugaboo with the following:
• a copy of the dated receipt of purchase,
