Cleaning the Trackball
1 Open Trackball-Unit Turn the trackball ring, e.g. with tweezers, fixed
on both openings on the ring, counterclockwise
2 Clean Trackball & After opening the module, clean the trackball and
lens the optics (lens) underneath it. Use a microfiber
cloth or a comparable cleaning cloth for this
purpose.
3 Reassemble Reassemble the trackball mount by turning it
Trackball-Unit clockwise until you hear a click.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
How do I enable or disable the emulated number keypad integrated in the
keypad?
The keyboard has the feature "emulated numberpad" which integrated in the
alpha-numeric key layout. The user can activate or deactivate the feature with
the key combination Fn and F11 (NumL).
My keyboard is not recognized when plugged in!
Remove the USB plug, restart the PC and make sure that you have the rights to
install a USB device (administrator account). Then plug in the USB connector
again, preferably into a different port than the first attempt. If you still have
problems, please contact us.
