Safety Information
Wireless 2,4 GHz RF Keyboard
AK-C4400F-GF
The AK-C4400F-GF is a high quality, highly reliable hygiene keyboard with touchpad.
Particularly designed for the use at hospitals and in practitioners. The keyboard is sealed by
a silicone membrane.
Installation
1. Insert the 4 batteries as shown on the bottom of the keyboard.
2. Plug the wireless receiver (dongle) into a USB port on the computer.
3. If the keyboard does not yet have a function, please activate the "Connect function" of the
keyboard by pressing "Fn" + "Esc" (now the "Scroll Lock LED" flashes). Wait about 5 seconds (until the
LED stops flashing).
4. Now the keyboard should be connected and ready. If this is not the case, please carry out the
commissioning again from point 1. If there is no function, please contact us.
Please hold these information ready when you contact us:
- Article and serial number of the product
- Name and producer of your PC/notebook or motherboard
- Operating system and if installed version of the service pack
We recommend the use of nitrile gloves instead of latex gloves in the operation of our products. This
reduces the risk of allergies and also avoids yellowing of the product by abrasion of the latex.
When the batteries are discharged, the status LEDs light up by each keypress. Please replace the
batteries as soon as possible.
Note: The Micro-USB interface is only to be used for the implementation of firmware updates!
Function of Fn key:
Key combination effect
Fn + Clean on/off Activates/deactivates the key field.
This function is used for cleaning the
keyboard, without unplugging it from
the PC.

As distributor of batteries, we have the following obligations under §18 BattG:
1. Batteries can be returned free of charge after use in the commercial firm.
2. End users are legally obliged to return used batteries.
3. Manufacturers of batteries are required to mark batteries
symbol before placing them on the market for the first time:
batteries shall label batteries containing more than
mercury, more than 0.002% by mass of cadmium or more than 0.004% by mass of lead,
before placing them on the market for the first time with the chemical symbols of metals (Hg,
Cd, Pb) in which the limit is exceeded. The characters are to be applied below the symbol.
