Product owners should schedule and keep record of regular inspection and maintenance performed. There is a maintenance chart included in the back of this book. Record your OZ Lifting Products’ equipment serial number and purchase date on page 2 of this manual for reference. -
Page 5: Pre-Installation Inspection
If equipped, tighten each castle nut and secure with the corresponding split pin. On OZ025PBT, OZ05PBT, and OZ1PBT, there may be an anti-tilt pin located on each sideplate. These pins should be adjusted so that the wheel on the sideplate cannot lift off the beam. -
Page 6: Quick Adjust Trolley Installation
Operators should visually inspect the trolleys on a regular basis. Observe for wear, damage, cuts, cracks, or corrosion. If any problems are observed, the trolleys should be placed out of service until they can be repaired. Use only OZ Lifting Products, LLC for replacement parts. -
