    INSTALLATION The machine is equipped with a power voltage regulator. When power voltage moves between ± 15 % of rated voltage, it will still work normally. Should an extension cable be required (not recommended), a cord gauge of not less than 2.5mm is suggested and not longer than 10 metres. To prevent the malfunction of the cooling system make sure the fan intake of the machine is not covered or blocked.

    OPERATION Picture 2 The picture 2 shows when the machine is switched on the digital display meter will show “LL”. Picture 3 The picture 3 shows TIG mode selected, the Peak Amps indicator light on, adjusting the parameter knob the display will show 5-200A/250A/315A adjustable.

This will be the amperage the machine will start at before reaching “Peak Amps”. This is how long the gas will continue to flow when you stop welding, to protect molten weld area and to cool the tungsten.

This is the cleaning and penetrating, lower the % less penetration for thinner material, higher the % more penetration and wider the arc for thicker material, higher % for more dirty material (oil).

This is the speed the pulse will move a full cycle between peak Amp and Base Amp.   • Page 18 Picture 16 The picture16 shows when the temperature is too high or abnormal the digital display show "Err", abnormal light O.C lights up, there will be no welding output, leave the machine on when the temperature drops the O.C light will switch off and you can resume welding or restart the machine after 10 minutes to return to normal.

    Save function - Press the left Menu button for 3seconds, "Save" light will shine, the digital display will show "P01". Adjusting the knob will show from "P01" to "P10". This means that 10 sets of parameters can be stored to memory. Select one of the memory options and press the left Menu button again, "Save"...

    Avoid Overvoltage The specific power voltage can be found in the main technical specification chart listed above or on the rear plate of the machine. The automatic voltage compensation circuit will ensure that the welding current is functioning in the correct range.

    Pressure of compressed air must not be more than 5 bars in order to prevent damage to small components inside the machine. 2. Check inside the welding machine regularly and make sure the output terminals are connected tightly and connectors are not damaged. If burnt, lose or damaged please tighten or replace if necessary.
