English RANGE OF APPLICATION The machine is a hydraulically operated baler intended for compacting bulky materials such as cardboard, paper and plastic. The machine can be set to two different pressure settings, with the lower pressure setting (12 tons) to be used for the compaction of plastic. Both pressure settings (12 or 20 tons) can be used for the compaction of cardboard and paper. - Page 8 English OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – operation 4872248-00 (VG13) 4872305-00 (VG13HD) WARNING! English SAFETY CHECKS - Check that the emergency stop is working. - Check the hatch switch: the machine should not be able to start if the front or rear hatches are open or opened. - Check the end guards (there are 2) and the stops (there are 2). Make sure that they are in place and firmly attached. -

English Installation Please read all the instructions before commencing the installation. Failure to follow the instructions could result in personal injury or damage to the machine. Ensure that no one except the authorised installer is in the vicinity of the machine during the installation process! Only one person may carry out the installation. - Page 15 Installation English 10. Swap back the cables Y1 and Y2. 11. Open the door and remove the wooden supports from the chamber. 12. Select the compaction pressure. If the selector lug is fitted (as it is on delivery), the compaction pressure is 20 tons (for corrugated cardboard).
