INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BUILT IN HOOD 810/1 - 811 - 820/1 - 821
• Dimensions of opening to cut out:
810/811
opening 545 mm x 286 mm
820/821
opening 845 mm x 286 mm
• The hood can be built into plates with a thickness of 18 –
35 mm.
• Plasterboard must be reinforced for tightening of clamps.
• Make sure that an electrical socket is within reach of the
built in unit to plug into.
• Carefully remove the hood out of the packaging.
• Always install the hood with the control panel to the right
side of the user.
To obtain an upward
exhaust remove the 8
screws of the motor,
give the motor a quart turn
an reattach.

Open the lamp holder using the suction nap (a.). Tighten the screws by hand (b.) (Beware! Do not screw excessively tight in
plasterboard). Close the lamp holder. The unit is now ready for use.
When removing the unit, unscrew clips completely. Always protect underlying surfaces with blanket or cardboard when
installing or removing the hood.

Connect exhaust pipe to motor using a ringclamp
Put the plug in the socket.
Push the unit upward into the opening by the sides until
you hear a click. Do not push on the plate!
The unit now hangs from the ceiling.

The direction of the
exhaust can be altered.
For alteration laterally
proceed as follows:
Remove the filter and
unscrew the 8 screws
of the motor.
Turn the motor
in the desired position
and reattach using the
same screws.

  • Page 2 INSTRUCTIONS IN CASE OF DISSOCIATED MOTOR The ducts can be installed at a 90° angle or in a straight line (see for adaptation) 810/811 820/821 Separate the motor from the unit (see Attach the foam strip to the rim of the duct-adaptor. Use the 8 screws to attach the duct-adapter to the unit (type A for 810 – type B for 820) and (type B) to the bottom of the motor with the screws provided.
