1. Check to see that shield doesn't contact outer hood surface or grille. It will rub off paint.
2. Make sure bumpers (if part of kit) are installed on hood and NOT shield. They will rub off
paint.
1. Do not use "automatic" style car washes.
2. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners on accessories made of plastics.
3. Do not pull on shield to close hood.
4. Periodically check fasteners for loosening.
