Sinds a few weeks, I can not use the netservice anymore. If I start it I get wifi, but after that I get server fault. I tried with firmupdate and also with factoryreset, but it is not working. Is this something with software or something else?

A server fault issue with the Pioneer X-HM82-K netservice after a firmware update and factory reset could be caused by:

1. Network connection problems or communication errors.
2. Incompatibility with the server type or version.
3. Unsupported file formats on the server.
4. Internet security software blocking network access.
5. Issues with connected components or devices in sleep mode.
6. The server not being properly configured or licensed.

Check the network setup, reboot connected devices, and ensure compatibility of the media server and file formats.
