8. SERVICE INFORMATION

In the event that your CIS400 should require servicing,
7 am to 5 pm PST (Monday-Friday), to verify the problem
and obtain a Service Request Number. Be sure to have the
serial number of the unit when you call. You must have
a Service Request Number in order to obtain warranty
service at the factory or at an authorized service center.
