    TOUCH CONTROL PANEL 10 Preset Programs Temperature Setting Temperature Display Lamp Power Start Pause Time Display Time Setting Food Dehydrators are used for gently removing moisture from fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, herbs and spices by using controlled low temperature heat. Air is circulated from the rear of the unit to each of the shelves and base.

    BEFORE FIRST USE Remove all packaging materials. Remove stickers and labels from the appliance. Do NOT remove the rating label on the back of the appliance. Clean all parts to remove any dust or manufacturing residue. Thoroughly wash the accessories by hand with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  • Page 9 USING THE DEHYDRATOR Select the desired program from the 10 preset programs on the touch control panel. Press once to select, and the program icon will illuminate after flashing three times. Press the button again, and all program buttons will illuminate. You can re- select any of these programs.

    TROUBLESHOOTING During first use, the unit may emit a slight odour and smoke. • This is normal. If an open circuit fault is detected, fault code ‘E1’ will be • displayed on the control panel. Turn the power off at the plug and try to power up the unit again.
