OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Select the required slice thickness by turning the thickness • adjusting dial (rear of unit). Turn the dial clockwise for thinner slicing and anti-clockwise for thicker slicing. The range of thickness adjusts from 0 to 15 mm.
