- Page 2 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USAGE: AFA930121- Consists of a polymer casing with aluminum reinforced plate & steel rod, an anchorage wire rope sling having loop at one end and swivel connector at the other end to create an anchor point on walkway platform over the head.

STEP 1 Pass the wire rope sling from top through center hole of anchor followed by walkway center.
