Editing a Phonebook Entry

You can edit a phonebook entry stored on your phone or the SIM card.

If you change an entry's speed dial number, the entry is moved to the new
speed dial location and the original entry is deleted. Entries with a speed dial
number from 1 to 500 are stored on the phone. Entries with a speed dial
number of 501 or higher are stored on the SIM card.

You can also use the following procedure to edit a fixed dial entry by scrolling
to and selecting Fixed Dial .
Find the Feature
> Phonebook
Press
to scroll to the entry you want to edit.

Press VIEW (
) to display the entry's detailed view.

Press EDIT (

) to edit the phonebook entry.
Edit a phonebook entry or fixed dial entry by following the procedures described
in "Storing a Phonebook Entry" .

Deleting a Phonebook Entry

To delete a phonebook entry:
Find the Feature
> Phonebook

to scroll to the entry you want to delete.
to open the Phonebook Menu .
