  • Page 4 ALLGEMEINES Was ist TENS? TENS (transkutane elektrische Nervenstimulation) ist ein bewährtes und nebenwirkungsarmes Verfahren in der Schmerztherapie. Es dient der symptomatischen Linderung von akuten, chronischen und hartnäckigen Schmerzen. Funktionsprinzip von TENS Die transkutane elektrische Nervenstimulation ist eine nichtinvasive, medikamentfreie Methode zur Schmerz- bekämpfung.
  • Page 5 STIM-PRO Eco ZWECKBESTIMMUNG Die Zweckbestimmung des STIM-PRO Eco ist die sympto- matische Linderung von akuten, chronischen und hart- näckigen Schmerzen. Das Gerät wird vom Patienten selbst angewendet und bedient. Die Nutzung ist erst ab einem Alter von 18 Jahren zulässig.

Ein/Aus, Einstellung der Intensität Die Intensität kann durch die Drehregler stufenlos von 0 – 80 mA eingestellt werden. Das Gerät wird automatisch eingeschaltet, sobald die Intensität erhöht wird.
