Solving Problems

Problem
No image displayed
No audio
Image is blurry
The screen is slanted
The screen is dark
LEDs on the control panel do not turn
on
Cannot use the control panel to oper-
ate the projector when it is turned on
using the remote control supplied with
the projector.
Check if the A/V Mute function is activated.
Restart the projector.
Check the cable connections.
Check if the A/V Mute function is activated.
Restart the projector.
Check the cable connections.
Check the resolution of the input source.
Adjust the focus if the image is out of focus.
Check the installation position of the cabinet.
Check that the projector in the cabinet is properly installed.
If you are concerned about the image being tilted or distorted, use the
projector's feet to adjust it before securing the projector to the cabinet
with screws. You can also correct distortion using the projector's image
shape correction functions. See the projector's User's Guide for more
information.
Check that the image is adjusted correctly on the input source device.
Check the projector's settings.
Check the power cord connections.
Also check the power supply in the cabinet.
Turn off the power using the remote control, and then turn on the power
from the cabinet's control panel.
