Connecting the Battery 1. USE THE HANDLES ON THE HOOD TO LIFT THE HOOD OPEN. 2. FROM THE 2 SETS OF WIRES IN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT, MAKE THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BY CLICKING THE INSERTION COUPLER INTO THE RECEIVING COUPLER. HOOD IMPORTANT: HANDLE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WITH CAUTION.
IMPORTANT: TO PREP THE BATTERY FOR LONG-TERM USE, AN EXTENDED INITIAL CHARGING SESSION IS NECESSARY.
