Cause and troubleshooting
The water tank for the crease-removal function is
empty.
Fill the water tank. → Page 35

Software fault.
To restart the appliance, press and hold for ap-

proximately 5 seconds.
If the fault occurs again, disconnect the appliance

from the power supply for at least 30 seconds. Un-
plug the appliance from the mains or switch off the
circuit breaker in the fuse box.
Different causes are possible.
Reset the appliance network settings. → Page 37

Set up Home Connect again. → Page 36

Go to www.home-connect.com.

The water tank is completely full.
No action required.
Note: The overflowing water is harmless. Do not pour
any more water into the water tank.
The water tank filter is soiled.
Clean the water tank filter.

ing function when permanently drying small loads of
