50/60Hz Notch Filter
A single press of the bottom button selects the Notch Filter control.
Further presses cycle between notch filter OUT (empty circle) or IN (green
circle).
Setting the Notch Filter to 50Hz or 60Hz
By default, the SPP-100 Notch Filter is factory set to 50Hz. For regions where the mains
electricity supply operates at 60Hz, it will be necessary to adjust the Notch Filter value.
To switch between 50Hz and 60Hz, highlight the Notch Filter panel by pressing and releasing
the bottom front panel button.
Next, press and hold the same button until the panel below appears on the display.
Turning the rotary encoder clockwise or anti-clockwise moves the grey highlight between
50Hz and 60Hz.
Once the desired frequency is selected, this may be stored by pressing the bottom button
(next to the tick icon) once more.
Screen Brightness Adjustment
The brightness of the LCD screen may be adjusted to suit the user's preference.
Press and hold the top (Gain) button and the brightness adjustment panel (below) will appear.
Brightness is adjusted using the rotary encoder control. Pressing any of the four buttons will
close the brightness control panel and save the setting.
