Diesse CUBE 30 Touch Repackaging Instructions
1. Important Note: If you no longer have the Diesse CUBE 30 Touch stabilizing plate or the exterior packaging materials listed in this
document, contact Streck for replacement packaging materials.
1. Turn the instrument off, unplug all cords and cables connected to the instrument and clean the instrument surfaces (excluding the touch
screen) with liquid disinfectant used in laboratory, then repeat with 70% isoproply alcohol. DO NOT USE BLEACH. Allow the instrument to
dry prior to packaging the instrument.
2. Unscrew the black central knob and remove the round plastic adaptor if installed.
3. Install the Stabilizing Plate. If the stabilizing plate is not installed correctly, damage will occur during shipping and may result in additional
instrument repairs. Please refer to the installation instructions appropriate for the stabilizing plate version received with your instrument.
Version 1. Rotate the carousel so Position 1 is towards the back of the instrument (A). Insert the metal stabilizing plate and ensure the central
screw and the three positioning screws are aligned with the corresponding holes in the stabilizing plate (B). Replace the central knob to
secure the plate (C).
Version 2. Rotate the carousel so Position 1 is facing the front of the instrument (A). Position 1 will be visible through the plate cutout (B).
Ensure the central screw and three positioning screws are also aligned with the corresponding holes in the metal stabilizing plate. Replace
the central knob to secure the plate (C).
