dial a number

Press M > Phonebook > desired entry, then press N.

Shortcut: Press S down to access Phonebook from idle

screen.

If your entries are sorted by Name, enter the first letter of the

person's name to highlight it. For example, press 5 5 for

the first entry that starts with K.

sort phonebook entries

Press M > Phonebook, next press M > Settings > Sort By,

and then select whether you want to sort the phonebook

using Alphanumeric, BoPoMoFo, Stroke, or Location.

viewing entries by category

Press M > Phonebook, next press M > Categories, and then

select whether you want to view All entries, entries in a

predefined category (Caller Group 1 ~ Caller Group 15), or

entries in a category you created.

To set the category for a phonebook entry, see page 65.

locking the keypad

In all modes, press M followed by the * to lock the

keypad. Repeating this key sequence unlocks the keypad.
