The issue where wash cycle one keeps running for an hour and wash cycle two activates may be caused by:

1. Program Not Finished Yet – Some programs have longer durations (e.g., ECO runs up to 220 minutes). This is normal operation.
2. Power Failure or Program Standby – A power interruption may pause the cycle, making it appear longer or cause the program to resume from standby.
3. Water Inlet or Drain Issues – A clogged or twisted water drain hose or water inlet failure can extend cycle time or prevent it from completing properly.
4. SensorWash Auto Adjustments – If using SENSORWASH, the cycle time can vary based on soil levels and may extend the wash duration.

To fix this:

- Check if the selected program normally runs that long (refer to program durations).
- Ensure the drain hose is not clogged or twisted.
- Make sure the water inlet is working properly.
- Avoid overloading and ensure dishes are placed correctly.
- Restart the program if there was a power interruption.

If the issue continues, consider resetting the dishwasher or contacting customer service.
