To access starter terminals, unlock the starter door panel and the front panel on HV30-HV45 with the key provided. Pass incoming cables through the entry hole in the floor for HV04- Fig 3.1 Compressor Ventilation HV07 or left hand side panel and rear of starter panel for HV11- HV45. -

good day i have replaced separator on my HV05 but it is still pushing oil into the air line can you help please
If oil is still entering the air line after replacing the separator on a Hydrovane HV05, possible causes include:
1. Overfilling the compressor with oil—if oil exceeds the correct level, it may carry over into the air line.
2. Damaged or improperly fitted oil separator—if the new separator is not sealed correctly or is defective, it may not function properly.
3. Blocked or faulty oil return line—if oil cannot return to the compressor sump, it may be forced into the air stream.
4. Excessive internal wear—worn components may allow oil to bypass the separator.
Each of these issues should be checked during troubleshooting.
