Installation Make sure that the black self-sealing filter gasket (al- ready installed) is screwed firmly into the ball joint. filter gasket ball joint Carefully install the showerhead on the shower arm. Because of the self-sealing filter gasket, Teflon tape is normally not required. - Page 4 If the flow of water decreases, remove and clean the filter gasket. The showerhead incorporates the Rubit cleaning sys- tem. If scale deposits are noticed in the spray channels, turn the water on lightly and rub the spray channels with a finger or a sponge.
- Page 5 Rinse the showerhead with water. Reinstall the showerhead. Turn on the water and allow the showerhead to flush for at least one minute.
