ASSEMBLY 1. Unpack the product from the shipping carton and remove the packing materials. Place it on the floor and unfold the stabilizers to the maximum angle as shown in the figure. 2. Once the stabilizers are unfolded, stand the equipment upright on the floor to verify the stability.

Notes: • The foot must not be installed upside down or it may cause damage to the crank slider. • The pedal must be locked tightly during installation or it may fall off during use. 4. Insert the seat post onto the main frame. Turn the adjustment knob clockwise to attach to the main frame.

Seat Adjustment Attach the seat to the seat support while the cylinder on the seat support is locked into place. Ensure the seat will not rotate. Place it onto the seat post and secure by using the bolt, tightening by hand. Resistance Adjustment There are numbers on the resistance dial ranging from 1 to 8.
OPERATION Monitor Display Note: The monitor will not function without a CR2032 battery installed. DISPLAY BUTTON: The display will be blank when not in use. To use, simply start pedalling and the monitor will display your TIME/ SPEED/ DISTANCE/ CALORIES. The display will automatically start in SCAN mode.

Battery Replacement 1. Open the display door panel by gently pressing down on the tab in the front panel and pull the display door downward to open it. 2. Remove the door panel from the monitor by gently pulling the door panel out of the monitor.
