・Overview
The new WR312G/WR322GR Series industrial secure LTE router
elevates its routing performance with a powerful dual-core 880MHz
CPU. The WR322GR-2xLTE is designed to support dual LTE,
offering the valuable dual SIM dual active/dual standby feature.
Moreover, it boasts dual RS232/422/485 DB9 Modbus ports,
allowing seamless wireless connectivity for serial data over the cloud.
In addition to its dual LTE WAN redundancy, WR312G/322GR
ensures uninterrupted connectivity through LTE to Ethernet WAN
redundancy, guaranteeing continuous uptime.

・Installation
SIM Card Slot
To install/uninstall SIM card:
1. Use screwdriver to loosen screws and remove SIM cover.
2. Insert a paper clip or a SIM-eject tool into the hole beside the SIM
socket. Push in towards the device, but don't force it. SIM 1 is the
primary SIM in the default configuration.
3. (When install) Draw out SIM tray and install SIM card on top side of tray
(When uninstall) Draw out SIM tray and uninstall SIM card
4. Insert tray back to SIM socket and reattach SIM cover.

Warning: Be careful when install the SIM Card, wrong
installation procedure will cause damage. Make sure the SIM
Card is facing the correct position.
DIN Rail mount
To mount the router on the DIN Rail track, insert the upper
end of the DIN‐Rail clip into the back of the DIN‐Rail track
from its upper side and lightly push the bottom of the
DIN‐Rail clip into the track. The DIN Rail should comply
with DIN EN50022 standard. Using wrong DIN rail may
cause unsafe installation.
Wiring the Power Input
1) Insert the positive and negative wires into the V+

Wiring the Relay Output

The relay output of the 2-pin terminal block
connector are used to detect user-configured
events. The two wires attached to the fault contacts
1 0 1
form a close circuit when a user-configured event is
triggered. If a user-configured event does not occur,
the fault circuit remains opened.

Grounding Screw
The grounding screw is located on the bottom side
of the router. For avoiding system damage by noise
or electric shock, establish a direct connection
between the ground screw and the grounding
surface prior to connecting devices.
Serial Port
The router equips with 3-in 1
RS232/422/485 DB9 serial port.
Configure the port mode, baud
rate, Modbus Tag in Web GUI.
USB Port (Not available for C Series)
Use the USB port in order to save or restore
the configuration and upload the firmware
upgrade file.

The product attaches the LTE/ Wi-Fi antennas depends on model you
purchased, where the black antenna belongs to LTE and the white
antenna belongs to Wi-Fi.
There are 6 SMA socket, all models use the same antenna position. The
unused position are covered by cap. Below is the placement:

Note1: If you need to install the SD card, you will need to remove the case,
please follow the instructions in the manual. We recommend that you provide
the SD card, which will be pre-loaded by us during production.
