The installation for each configuration and each unit remains the same as the method described in this manual.
• This manual also assumes that the unit has NOT been framed in place yet.
• Access to the outside face of the cabinet is required to secure the outer block off plate.
• You will need to attach framing standoffs to the top of the fireplace cabinet.

- Page 2 Corner Kit Installation Remove outer glass (see installation manual). Remove the front and side louvers (see fireplace installation manual). Remove the lower trim by lifting up and out. Leave the vertical trim in place. Pull from the bottom and remove the back cover trim of the side being converted.
- Page 3 Slide bracket up and out of way of the glass. fig1 Insert front trim by sliding the tabs into block off plate tangs at top and bottom (fig1). Loosen bottom knobs, do not remove. The glass will want to fall forward, cradle it from impact but no not remove.
- Page 4 Attach X2 standoffs on top of cabinet using the provided fasteners above the side being converted. Insert tabs of outer block off plate Note into the inside of the cabinet of fireplace, If a single sided kit is being used (U50 or U70 only), repeat where the trim was installed in step 5.
