    1. Introduction 1.1 Summary Xingyi machines are used to handle the floor surface. The scope of use of the machine depends on the choice of the tool. In addition to the use and general functions, this manual describes information on the use, repair and maintenance of the grinder. You can contact your local retailer for further information.

    Any machine parts that need to be changed must be provided by Xingyi. Xingyi machines only can be used in the way of xingyi recommended. They only can be used for commercial purposes. Anyone who uses a machine should know its function, the location of the emergency stop.

For grinding (roughing, grinding, polishing) concrete, natural stone and terrazzo ground shall use the corresponding abrasive or the abrasive recommended by Xingyi.

    3.3 Swing lever assembly 3.3.1 Overview 1. Handle: where people put their hands when operating the machine. 2. Forward/backward switch: controls the forward and backward movement of the device. 3. Emergency stop switch: when the device is in a dangerous state or needs to stop working, press the emergency stop switch to cut off the power and stop the operation of the device to achieve the protection of personal and equipment safety.

    During the grinding operation, the vacuum cleaner must be connected (it is recommended to use the vacuum cleaner manufactured by Xingyi). Otherwise, if the vacuum cleaner is not effective in vacuuming, it is likely that the switch of the forward/reverse device will be blocked by dust, which will cause the switch to fail.
  • Page 14 3.3.3 Left/right turn switch The left turn/right turn switch is mainly used to control the left/right turn of the equipment. It frees the user from the need to manually pull or push the device to make the device turn left/right, which greatly simplifies the manpower and makes the user's operation more comfortable and convenient.

    3.3.4 Handle The handle adjusting bolt can be positioned at different round hole, so as to adjust the position of handle to meet different needs of users. Hold the handle with one hand, pull out the adjusting bolt with the other hand, then release the adjusting bolt when it is rotated to proper position.

    3.3.5 The angle adjustment of swing lever Use the swing lever position adjusting handle to adjust the position of swing lever to realize conversion of the machine placement mode in different states(Different equipment states are as follows). Hold the handle tightly with one hand to support the swing lever, turn the other hand counterclockwise and press down the adjustment handle, rotate according to the hole location on sector plate, and release the adjusting handle when it reaches required position.

    3.4 Water tank There is a water injection port on the side of the water tank (open the water injection port as shown in the figure below) to fill the water tank with water. The heat dissipation openings on both sides of the water tank make the heat dissipation of the inverter box of the equipment faster, and can extend the service life of the electrical appliances inside the inverter box.

    3.5 Fast connector Fast connector consists of front and rear part （ As follows ） ,the front part is usually assembled with the vacuum nozzle of the grinder (screw the front part into the vacuum tube connection and screw it tightly), the rear part is matched with the vacuum tube (Screw the copper wire suction tube into the back and tighten).

    3.6 Support wheel 3.6.1 Disassembly of Support wheel The supporting wheel is assembled before the travelling transportation, which can make the steering of the grinding machine smoother.When transporting the machine, sometimes it is necessary to move the machine forward and backward, so it is more convenient and labor-saving to install the supporting wheel to carry out the movement of the grinding machine.Remove or invert when grinding(It is recommended to disassemble it).
