Any machine parts that need to be changed must be provided by XINGYI. XINGYI machines only can be used in the way of XINGYI recommended. And they only can be used for commercial purposes. The machine can use different Xingyi abrasive. Due to the different concrete materials, the abrasive discs used in grinding are also different. - Page 8 3.3 Swing lever assembly 3.3.1 Overview 1. Operation handle: Where people put their hands when operating the machine. 2. Display screen: display some parameters, such as voltage, current, motor speed, overload fault prompt, etc. 3. Swing part adjusting handle: use the handle to adjust the angle of the swing part, and there will be a corresponding position in the corresponding working state.
- Page 9 3.3.2 Handle The adjusting pin on the handle adjusts the handle in different positions by locating different round hole positions to meet the different needs of the user. Hold the armrest in one hand, pull out the adjusting pin in the other hand, rotate to the right position, then release the adjusting pin.

Grinders can only be used or repaired by personnel who have received the necessary theoretical and practical training and have carefully read the user manual.

Equipment maintenance 5.1 Overview We recommend that the grinding machine be checked regularly to extend the service life. Note: During the maintenance and repair process, the power of the grinder must be disconnected. -

5.2 Daily check 5.2.1 Check the switches Turn on the display screen and check the function of each button. Connect the power supply and detect the functions of the control panel such as emergency stop, machine startup, speed regulation, etc. Note: For safety reasons, it is strongly recommended to press the emergency stop switch when stopping the device, which would be safer. - Page 22 5.3 Cleaning 5.3.1 Clean switches Grinding machine works on site for a long time, and the switch will inevitably run into the dust. For this reason, please check switch after grinding, to see whether the part is clogged by dust. Otherwise, it may cause the switch failure. 5.3.2 Clean the grinding disc cover Remove the vacuum hose connector, use a flashlight to illuminate, and use a brush to clean the dust of the vacuum hose.

If you do not clean up in time, it is possible to make the pads disconnected, and pads fly out when grinding, causing damage to the machine and threaten personal safety.
